We are not all the same. Our DNA proves it! We come from different traditions, have different body types, different allergies, different taste buds, interests, time constraints, and more…

There is no singular template for eating and exercising “correctly,”- for such a template would be like a mass-produced pair of pants- it would fit some folks like a glove, it would look different on everyone, and generally speaking- it would only work for a small percentage of the pants-buying community.

With the science of nutrition to guide us, there are many ways to live a health-conscious life! And the goal of a healthy life should not be to feel less guilty, or to feel like you’re doing what you’re “supposed to.” The ultimate goal should be to feel good! To have the strength, energy and mobility to do whatever it is that you love. Period.

  2. Hi Jenny, I have a few questions I think you can answer. How much sugar and carbs is healthy for you per day? I am trying to read the info on items and not sure how to add them up at the end of the day.
I can’t wait to make the Apple pie! Thank you for posting it.
